For the new truffles only raw ingredients are used. This means that the beans are sun-dried and processed at temperatures no higher than 42 degrees. They are not roasted and only briefly fermented. The coconut oil is cold-pressed and comes from the Philippines. The unheated agye syrup comes from Mexico. All the enzymes and vitamins are thus retained, which means the best possible nutrients and flavour.
