The sprouter has a light tint in order to provide ideal light for your sprouts. The sprouting trays have grooves and drainage holes for effective, consistent and light watering. Using the sprouter is very easy, even for sprouting beginners. Cleaning the sprouter is also quick and easy.

Instructions:
1. Rinse and soak the seeds for 4 hours (cereals ans legumes for 12-15 hours) in three times as much water. You can find the amounts of seeds to use in the chart on the sprouter's packaging.
2. Distribute the soaked seeds evenly on the sprouting trays.
3. Place the sprouting trays on the base. The drainage spouts should be on opposite sides so that the water is evenly distributed.
4. Place the lid on the sprouter during sprouting. A constant temperature of 20°C is ideal. Do not place the sprouter in direct sunlight.
5. Rinse the seeds regularly with fresh water (large seeds daily, small seeds every two or three days). Make sure the water drains off again and the seeds are not always covered in water.
6. The sprouting chart contains the sprouting duration. You can consume the sprout immediately, but you can also refrigerate them for 2-3 days. Blanch sprouted lentils, chick peas, yellow soybeans and beans for 2 minutes before use.
7. Clean each tray thoroughly with vinegar and a brush. The trays are also dishwasher-safe. The sprouter should mostly be cleaned by hand for reasons of hygiene.
