Tip: Cress seed is mucilaginous (produces slime whilst sprouting) and can easily go mouldy, therefore rinse it well!

Sprouting instructions
Put the cress seed in a clean sprouter (cress does not need to be soaked first). Leave them to sprout for 5-6 days in the dark, then 2 days in daylight. Don't keep the sprouts too warm (20 °C is best ) and not too wet. Avoid direct sunlight and rinse several times daily.
