Clear cake glaze for delicious fruit cakes. The sachet contains just the right amount for one fruit cake base.
1 sachet for 250 ml liquid.
Agar agar is a diverse gelling agent and is extracted from marine algae without the use of further additives. The faint "seaside" aroma noticeable when the sachet is opened, dissipates during boiling.
ARCHE cake glaze can be mixed with water or fruit juice (e.g. red juice for a red glaze) and sweetened to taste.
